this hotel IS THE BEST. the staff helped plan my entire trip. they allowed us to check in early. we even received free breakfast the day we arrived. the suite was spacious and beautifully decorated. it reminded me of staying in a mini apartment. this place has all facilities!
the tv was NOT A SMART TV. i had no access to channels like netflix. the setup encouraged buying programmes and films. MOST OF THE CHANNELS WEREN'T WORKING. THIS IS REALLY ANNOYING!

the breakfast was good with a helpful staff. i appreciate that.
The air conditioning was not effective. in february, the room temperature reached 25 degrees with no cool air available. I had to turn off the unit and rely on a fan. the noise isolation in the room was quite poor, disruptive.

I liked my two bedroom sunrise suite. it had great space and was well equipped. the breakfast was huge. I loved the choice. i will be back soon.
the air conditioning did not work in the room. i reported this to reception three times. they gave me excuses.

the air conditioning was very poor, i reported this to reception twice but nothing happened. upon checkout, the reception staff confirmed there were ongoing issues and several other residents mentioned the same issues.
